“DREAMS DO COME TRUE! I want to take this moment to give a huge shout-out and the biggest thank you to Ramon Venegas! We had in mind the exact vehicle we wanted and were very specific about what we didn't want. We specially ordered a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali in July 2021 with no upgrades...we only wanted a 6.2L engine, 4x4, and Black on Black on Black. Due to the economy's chip shortage, we anticipated something going wrong and us not getting the exact vehicle we wanted; however, come October, Ramon called and said, "Sam, I have good news and not-so-good news...what do you want first?" I always want to start with the bad to get it over with, so he tells me, "Well, your truck still isn't ready, buuuuuut we are starting our 2022 production and upgrading you at no additional cost!” I was ecstatic. He then explained it would take 6-8 weeks for it to be ready, and sure enough, I finally received the message, "Your Yukon is here!” I was a bit in disbelief, but sure enough, he sent a pic of our Black Widow. We went that same night around 7:30, completed all the paperwork, and I drove off around 11:30 with my brand-new baby. MERRY CHRISTMAS to us! Ramon's communication was outstanding. I never felt like I was being haggled. He was so easygoing and kind-spirited. A big thanks as well to our finance person, who was very thorough in explaining everything and for staying so late. You all deserve a promotion!”
